All LHSAA student-athletes must have an official sports physical dated on or after April 1, 2026 to be fully cleared for the 2026-2027 season. The mandatory packet includes a medical history, physical evaluation, and parental consent. NEW THIS YEAR: All elementary students are required to have a physical before participating in any school sponsored sport.
