Hailey Aycock
My name is Hailey Aycock and I will be teaching 5th Grade ELA and Social Studies at AEP this coming school year. Working as an educator for the past 11 years has been one of my greatest joys in life and I am so excited to continue my career as a Bullpup.
My husband and I have three children who will all officially be at AEP as well - Elouise, Evelyn, and Milam. When I’m not at the ballpark watching my children or students play, you can find me spending all of my extra time outdoors or reading.
I am overjoyed to be joining the AEP family and look forward to a wonderful school year!

Emily Knight
Hi! My name is Emily Knight, and I am excited to be teaching 6th and 7th grade math at A.E. Phillips this year. This will be my ninth year in education, and I have a true passion for helping students build confidence and succeed in math. I look forward to creating a positive, engaging classroom where every student feels supported and challenged to do their best.
When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy shopping, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.
I am thrilled to be joining the A.E. Phillips family and can’t wait for the school year!

Madelyn Neuman
Hi! My name is Madelyn Neuman, and I will be teaching Eighth Grade ELA and Social Studies at A. E. Phillips Laboratory School! My passion is challenging students academically and socially through a supportive, engaging, and purposeful learning environment that fosters growth, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
I am very family-oriented, and my family means the world to me. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. I am so excited to be a part of the Bullpup community and can't wait for the 2026–2027 school year!

Jessica Williams
My name is Jessica Williams, and I will be teaching Kindergarten at AEP. My mission is to create a loving, supportive classroom where every child feels valued. I strive to build a strong educational foundation that inspires them to become responsible citizens and future leaders in our community.
I am a proud wife and mother of three. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, working in my yard, and cheering on my children as they compete in sports and show pigs. Family, education, and supporting my kids’ passions are at the heart of everything I do.
I am excited to be a part of the AEP community!
